Purchased drive to off load pictures. No such luck as app will not recognize drive. Seem to have wasted the money for 32gb drive

Cashes all the time. And don’t even think about trying to look at a video

You would think after spending $45 to get the drive that the app would have certain basic feature that most drives have, like the option to lock a simple folder. I tried locking a folder after I uploaded some data to the drive and tried to lock the folder the data was in and I have to lock every single file instead of having the option to just pick the folder. Waste of money, time and patience. And Im saying patience because the files Im trying to lock is a total of 4777 files and this app takes way longer to lock the files that it took me to upload the file to the drive. Do yourself a favor and stay away from the drive and this app until they make some changes. But youre in the business of throwing money away, this is a perfect opportunity.

Not working on iPad mini 4, works on iPhone 6s and iPad Pro. The support link takes you to a Chinese page. The app opens on iPad mini 4 but does not show the external memory. Not sure if is app problem or the memory stick interface. The memory stick tells me to install this app. I see many reviews using different devices.

UPDATE - no change with 4.2.2. Still does recognize rage i-EasyDrive drive UPDATE - the new version 4.2.1 still doesn’t work. I have a new iPad, the latest model. The software loads but the the I-easydrive iOS not recognized what so ever rendering this product USELESS! Does not work with iOS11.

Bought the device and worked fine. Been waiting months for the software to communicate again. Each time the app is updated it doesn’t fix anything. Don’t buy it and don’t believe that anything is getting fixed. Total junk.

I bought this thinking I could back my entire phone up since my Mac ran out of memory, so if I ever lost my phone I could just plug this into my new phone so I would have all the settings and everything else saved the way it was, guess not.

I bought this to run on my iPhone 6s that is running iOS 11. It does not work. I then went to my older iPhone 5 that is running iOS 10.3, and it works fine. Developer needs to update it to work with the latest OS.

The idea is great however the app needs more functional features like “select all” so that you can select all your photos/files in a folder. I have over 500 pics in one folder alone that I’ve tagged as Favorite. I have over 3000 pics in my main folder and I certainly won’t be going through the folder one file at a time to do that. This means I’m not using this app to backup my pics. The USB device used with this App also needs some modifications namely you have to remove even the slightest case from your phone before you can get the stick to connect. The connector is not long enough to get into the phone with the smallest case on the phone. This makes the device cumbersome and if the goal is convenience you are not achieving that if I have to remove the case just to use the device. Would love the next version of the Device and hope to see Functional feature enhancements for the app soon.

Worked well until I updated my phone. Now it won’t read my device.

Got mine for Christmas. It worked fine til you updated. Since then it says this "device is not supported" by my phone. Whatever bugs you fixed, put them back. At least I could use it then.

The new update 4 days ago fixed some issues. Since the update before it I have not been able to get it to work on my iPhone X. Now I can view pics like before. I haven’t tried videos from my game cameras but before the November update videos from my game cameras were working great. Please bring this back. I’d love to be able to watch my 30second avi game camera videos again. Why did y’all get rid of this option?

I would like to transfer all kinds of files from and to this device. The only thing I can figure out is pix and vids, not PDFs and audio and docs. The manual is useless and ther is no web presence (that I can find) to look or ask for more info. All the You Tube vids show you how to transfer photos, nothing else.(except one guy that wanted to show you a vid of his cat!) If anyone out there knows of a way, or maybe a different app to use, please post it here, please...

WORKS FOR MY 8+ :)

Worthless junk. It worked (extremely slow) for about ten minutes and now it displays an error "External: open dir error.path". Waste of money. Just another scam.

Used to work flawless on older iOS.. I used to pull all of my pics off of my game cameras on any of my pads or my phones Now it’s just trash... it crashes when you click on anything it’s garbage worthless card reader for a worthless app complete waste of money Please update and I will update review

This App is not good. I can’t get it to see the external drive on my iPhone 8 at all. It used to work on my iPad, but now it won’t. It is completely useless. I don’t know if it is an issue of the App not keeping up with the iOS updates that Apple puts out, but either way the end result is that it doesn’t work.

Using it on iPhone 8 running IOS 8.2 to read SanDisk 32GB Ultra Class 10 SDHC Card with Game Camera. Can see and save photos but the videos only show black screen while playing and can’t save them to the phone. Multiple people have reported the same problem.

I downloaded the app, but nothing happened. I can not click on the right circle(My drive). It’s totally dead. I guess I have to return it.
