Works for photos but not videos

Using it on iPhone 8 running IOS 8.2 to read SanDisk 32GB Ultra Class 10 SDHC Card with Game Camera.
Can see and save photos but the videos only show black screen while playing and can’t save them to the phone. Multiple people have reported the same problem.
