I tried to download my photos on this device and it keeps saying there are low level errors! What can I do to get this to work.....

It does not work at all. I saved a number of files in a useable format and none will open. The app provides no instructions and is totally unhelpful. Total waste of money and time.

Every time I upload a video from the drive then delete it off my phone my system file grows. Please fix!

This app worked great until iOS 9 cam along and then nothing. It no longer recognizes any of the card readers I purchased (5 at $25 each) made specifically for this app! Please fix and update to read the Stealth Cam card readers again. Thank you!

Worked sporadically, then the lightning connector fell right out. What a waste!

Ive read all of the reviews and Im surprised. I havent had any problems with any aspect of it. It plays movies Ive put on the drive from Windows and plays seamlessly. So does music. I like it!

Files are corrupted during transfer. The files are not double checked for errors. So you transfer photos and videos only to find out they are corrupted. Do not use this app or buy products that have this app for display.

When I first received this and used it, everything worked correctly. I was able to download and transfer photos from my phone easily. The next time I tried to use it, I keep getting errors. It will not download Photos and it will not back up my contact list. It will not allow me to create folders. Everything I do results in an error message. I attempted to use the app support link and it took me to an unusable site. If anyone has any advice, I would love to hear it! At this point, the device is completely useless to me. I would love a refund if that is possible.

This was great, then either Apple or this app update and now, I can not upload anymore. Please fix a problem. Thank you!

Not useable for general file transfers. Handles photos and contacts. It needs to allow access to the various cloud services and to the apple files app.Ability to transfer and back-up favorites would be nice. I feel I must be missing something about how to use this drive.

it was working great but all sudden tonight it won't even show up on my laptop or on my phone. any suggestions on if it can be fixed?

I've put a family movie on mine. Can this be plugged into another iPhone besides mine and show the movie?

I use this device I got from Walmart for my game cameras , I give it 4 stars bc the idea is great and will be amazing when the app gets fixed, it makes things so much easier not having to go into the woods and get my SD cards and take them home and then take the cards back into the woods or having to take my computer into the woods but this app is constantly crashing and won’t load I can’t get it to work no longer than 3-4 minutes at a time having to force close it and reopen it to look at another 4-5 picture before it crashes again or give an error , as of now that’s the only way to use it is to close it out when it freezes or give the error and go back into it but you only get about a 3-4 minute window before it does it again, this is the third app update I have done and it’s still doing it , hopefully it gets fixed soon bc this card reader was $20 and I would like to use it more

Worked bout 5 times then stopped. Wasted $20

After latest IOS update with my iPhone 6 it no longer works. Still works with IOS 10 on my iPad as this device is so old that Apple no longer provides updates.

I read all the reviews and did my research.. I purchased three, as two were gifts and one was for my personal use. Installation of drove and app from the App Store was very simple. Note: you must charge device for several hours before or after initial installations. Charging works both ways, just as long as you let it charge for several hours. Backup devices, contacts, all videos and pictures, down to the individual file. When accessing at file level you must have technical knowledge on how to navigate through each device and IOS to copy and delete entire file tree structure. I will definitely purchase others as they were great social conversational objects, with great feedback from gift recipients!!

It only reads horizontal pictures, it crops vertical ones. Don’t know if is only a bug

Can’t get the app to load and help is in Chinese. Can’t read at all

Didnt work right out of box I want my money back .
