Write up is misleading , I can’t get it to search my ipad. I downloaded books as PDF’s but the program doesn’t find them. Ijust wanted to back them up. I guess i’m used to a pc where things are intuitive. I find all things apple complicated. Apple is worried about infringement rights that they have hamstrung there devices.

Every non-screenshot image has grey bars running across the screen or grey completely covering half the picture, absolutely useless for memory storage

Doesn't work at all I purchased it and installed the easy-drive app on my iPhone6, and tried to copy pictures from iPhone to the easy-drive but it display error msg: Error External storage not find Now I want to return it

So I purchased the app and the I-Easy flash drive. I plugged the drive into my iPad Air 2 and the iPad doesn’t see the drive.

the apple part is working, however the usb part is not, How can I refund it

This app successfully destroyed all my back up photos. Not only did it change the file names, and also corrupt or the file extensions and then I was unable to delete any of the files. Lucky for me, I knew to back them up on an additional drive before deleting them. You have been warned!!! USELESS

This is marketed as a way to offload files from your iPhone but there’s no file management option in the app. The only thing you can do is COPY your photos and files - creating more digital waste rather than eliminating it! Terrible waste of money!

This App is not good. I can’t get it to see the external drive on my iPhone 8 at all. It will see the external drive when used through my iPad, but I need to completely shutdown the app before switching to a new card if I want to see it.

I tried downloading my photos onto the drive. The first 2 failed because they “lacked a primary source”. Then the drive would not connect at all. It just said “External Storage Not Find”. It’s total garbage. Don’t get it.

It can't get much lower of a rating. The USB does not fit into the USB port on my computer. I bought this so I could take the photos from my phone and put them on my computer easily. Well, when it does not fit into the USB port of my computer, it is worthless. I would like to return, but there is no contact information. Saw these on an ad from Facebook. I would recommend to not fall for Facebook ads, like I did. Clearly these are defective.

Seems like a cool thing but when you add a security code it works on your phone. If you have this app on another phone and plug in your i-EasyDrive into another phone it doesn’t ask for passcode and you can view all files.

How Do I Return for Refund I dont Know How to Use it The Instructions Are Hard To Read. Really Small Print Do I dont Know Where to Send

Just bought two of the 32G I-Easy Drive’s for Christmas gifts. They suck! Lightning connection will not connect to IPhone without removing case and the USB portion will not fit into a standard PC USB port. Great idea in concept. The hardware just doesn’t work!

works great before when I was using 6+, not working on my iphone 7 anymore. kindly fix.

I recently purchased 2 x 64GB i-Easy Drive through ad on Facebook. I previously had a 32GB works great, these 64GB do not work at all. Tried to contact developer/company but everything is in Chinese...I feel totally ripped off. Now will contact Facebook about this company unless someone contacts me ASAP as these were expensive!!!!

I have a new iPad, the latest model. The software loads but the the I-easydrive iOS not recognized what so ever rendering this product USELESS! Does not work with iOS11.

Just bought this junk 10 minutes ago and downloaded the app, plugged it in to my iPhone and it lets you view the pictures on your phone but when you go to look at an sd card it doesn’t show anything is even plugged in, save your money, don’t buy this crap

Unfortunate issue, if you have any type of case, lighting plug in will not reach the phone to plug in, the fix is to remove your case anytime you want to use the device.

Does not connect to my computer. USB is not a standard USB. It doesn’t fit! Wish I knew before purchasing that it came from China.
