Hi, i have downloaded this app for almost one year.. I use it every week. Everything is fine, you can watch movie, listen to music, take photo directly on flash drive and, view pdf files , and... But i cant use subtitles, is there any ways to use subtitle on movies?

This was super easy to use. I just plugged the flash drive into my phone and it prompted me to open the AppStore. I didn’t have to search for anything, it took me directly to where I needed. The app is also simple making it user friendly.

Please Get a new update for video player. This player does not see subtitles.

I bought two without checking the reviews. The product worked for about 5 minutes, then it just stopped working. It's not even good as a paperweight.

I can save files, but the pics show black and the video, except one, will not play. It shows files are saved, but no way to know what they are. Disappointed.

This thing is shit.. worked about 2 weeks ... now nothing... you got me but I’ll tell everyone I know this thing is a waste of money piece of shit

At first it was nice. Now as I have it plugged into phone it doesn’t register. NOTHING. when I plug usb portion into computer I can see there is stuff on there. But I phone and app don’t see it. It’s literally plug in right now

Purchased for downloading hunting camera cards in the woods. Will not load pictures from cards to my iPad, iPhone 6 or iphone5!

This worked great till the last update. Pleas get a new update out soon.

This product worked great the first day. It has not worked properly since , My opinion only but It was a waste of money

Would have given this a 0, but it wasn’t an option. Bought 2 to give as gifts and one for myself. Glad I didn. I tried it before I gave the others away. Absolutely couldn’t get it to work. Really frustrated and disappointed.

What a waste of money. No trouble download from iPhone but the supposed USB doesn’t fit in my laptop!!!

This was terrible!!! I bought it to free up space on my iPhone and it did not work!! It started working however my phone ran out o charge and so I had to cancel the backup. After I had charged my phone, the drive didn't work and continually came up with an message saying 'external error'. Very disappointed with this buy as it was a complete waste of money and time! I wish I had read these reviews first!!!!

Doesn’t work at all!

I lived this device and was so easy to get fame photos off sd memory cards. Once we updated our phones, neither me or my husband can get it to work. He has an iPhone 7 and mine is an 8. Neither one works now. Please fix this for IOS11!!!

I came here to see if other people were having the same issue. This worked great when we bought it a month ago. My husband used once or twice to check his trail cams and I used it one time for my pictures. Today, it would not work. It doesn’t even recognize there is a card reader inserted. I’ve tried everything. Nothing is working. What a POS. Refund please!!!!!

I wish I had read all the negative reviews before buying this! I comes with no instrctions and the “manual” is useless. Doesn’t work - says it’s downloading files but in fact it fails to do it. There may be better iphone/ipad drives out there, but this one is bogus.

I paid over $20 for this thing so I could check my trail cams in the woods. It worked for two days and now it won’t show what is on my card. It’s a cheap POS. Now I’m back to pulling the cards and taking them home to view on a PC
