PLEASE HELP! I just received my i-easy 64 GB drive today and wanted to use this immediately but when i am pushing the button to move it would not budge. So, the connector for iphone or even the usb could not be opened. What am i to do? Please help. This thing is expensive!

Works very well after I downloaded the photos from iCloud to my phone.

On some photos I try to transfer to drive it doesn't work. It only lets me copy and past them in 1 by 1. Worked great for some but not others. Can you tell me why? I am impressed if you can get me a solution to this BIG problem.

Horrible item. Plugged it in and NOTHING. Bad connector and cheap design. No packing slip included for returns. How do I send this back!!! Don't buy!

Does not work-highly disappointed and a waste of money. The connector is too skinny to fit into my iPhone 5s connection space. The app downloaded fine and everything worked- it's the actual I-easy drive that's faulty
