Horrible. I can only view about 6 pics before it crashes.

I cant understand folks having problems with this. I installed It, got a card reader at Walmart, use card in my M40 game camera and read it easily in my IPhone. Directions say to install card in reader before plugging it into your phone. Maybe not doing it in order is causing some problems! I highly recommend this app.

Got the drive. Downloaded the software. Everything worked! Until I tried to use it. Now the iPad "sees" the drive, but the app does not. Very annoying. The moral of this story - dont buy things from China. As bad as American customer service can be, I dont even know how to get started trying to contact customer service for this item.

This app is perfect, how I want it to be. Its very easy to use, not sure why there are so many negative ratings. I think whoever is planning to get this app, YOU TOTALLY SHOULD!

I just downloaded it and played and copied videos, without problems. I dont know why others are giving bad reviews, unless they were used to the previous version and the changes are not to their liking. I never used the previous version, so I dont know.

The new version is just unusable, I add pictures and it always deletes them. Its a shame I really liked this app, now it just doesnt even work.

Not sure whats up with all the negative reviews but I use it and my husband uses it and works great. We each have a device you have to have to app to use and the items we have are all great reviews. I think people must of forgot to review the app not just the item. With out this app our devices would be useless. So look at reviews of what you are going to use this app with because if they are good then the app is working great for them!!

Bought this for trail cam. Pics on card but nothing will open up. And yes I read the manual on and off line. Its not working with my iPhone 7 plus. Hate to waste money on a reader then not be able to use app to view with. It loads the main page from there on nothing !

I have not been able to transfer files only photos from my iPad to the this drive! Very frustrating? I gave it 2stars but decided on 1. Seems like a great idea, but doesnt work.

Cannot view contents of sd card. Constantly freezing up!

For my deer cameras it only lets you look at some of them and then says there is an "error" on every other picture left. Also half of the time doesnt even open is any pictures at all

Wont even show up as an option on the right. Garbage!!

I had just bought this middle of August to take on a trip. Wasnt the most reliable but worth keeping. I was told a new version would be coming out and it did. Now it does not work at all. Very disappointed

Initially when I saved a file there were no playback or issues saving. Now it goes through the process of saving the file but does not save it. In addition, the previous version of the video player prior to the recent update, was a better UI. I tried reaching out to support for this app but it took me to an Asian website that was some kind of advertising for some event (it appeared so anyway). At this point the most positive thing is that it only cost me $39.99 for 128GB.

Worked great till the update. Now it wont work at all. Went and bought another reader. And still dont work

I just bought the 64GB to use with my iPhone. As soon as I plugged it in it showed my storage on my iPhone was almost full but the external drive did not light up. Says there is NO external storage. This was wasted money. Would never recommend.

The app accurately Accounts for all the files on my iPad, but it does not recognize the outboard drive that it goes with! It does not work at all for me. I've heard that a previous version works well. If that is true, please put the old version back!

Worked great at first so I purchased another one. Now both do not work. Will not connect or open automatically. I can open manually but will not show the picture. At first I thought that my camera was not working correctly. After checking more cameras I realized that the reader was not working.

This was a great app until I updated it. Never had an issue after several months of use, then I update it this week and it has been messed up since.

Was working now nothing. SD card is good as laptop was able to pull pictures. I downloaded on my phone thinking maybe husbands was off. Nope this app doesnt work at all. Please fix. Its that time of year !!!
