Files doesnt show!

Apparently its a dead product. Havent seen an app update since purchased and now it has an outdated file system and no format option.

Got the I-easy drive, then the app. Doesnt work for me. No Stars from me.

Put it in my iPhone selected picture and nothing happens. ?

The first time I uploaded items using the I-Easy Drive it worked great. Today I tried to add more pictures the files seem to be copying but I cant see the photo or video. Please update the app and return my money. Dont waste your time buying this. Its a ripoff.

Does not work. Not sure if its the app or the hardware - at least the app was free. Cannot get it to show any of my files on either iPad or iPhone, so completely useless for what I needed. Support page takes you to a Japanese game page. FB messages go unanswered. Out $30.

That there are 0 reviews is highly suspect. Given the uselessness of the device, even more suspect. Sorely disappointed. Photos I stored are irretrievable...irreplaceable. Messed with my memories people. Not cool. Now all I can get from it is <<open dir error. path = />>. Very useless.

Dont do it! This doesnt work, cant access any files or photos that you save. Huge waste!

The directions make absolutely no sense. I did manage to finally copy my pics to the device but have not attempted to retrieve them yet. Terrible and NOT user friendly!

This is a great handy tool! I found it so easy to backup all files, contacts, and photos. Best new invention for I-phones that only has minimal storage.

Well, I was skeptical this would work after reading all 1 star reviews but my iPad said I needed this app for the flash drive so I gave it a try and it works. I was editing some videos and needed to bring them with me so I copied them from computer to drive and it is playing and Im able to access the files. Maybe they did an update.

Seems to work great! If it proves itself otherwise, Im going to update this review.

I have gotten thumb drives that were so hard to use because of security it had on it. This is so easy and this app makes it that way. Thank you ?

I need a "0" star to rate. I have had this drive for some months and finally decided to put it to use. BIG MISTAKE. It crashed while it was supposedly copying from my iPhone 6. I thought let me have a look and see if anything was actually copied onto the drive. So I tried to plug it into my MacBook Pro. It was difficult and clumsy. I couldnt get it in. When I thought I did, my computer just shutoff. And then refused to come back on. Totally FLATLINED. DEAD! Where can I get justice?????

You cannot transfer any files to a Mac which makes no sense at all. If using iPads and iPhones, you probably use a Mac, but you can only connect this drive to a PC. Does not work with iPhone 6s, 6s plus or 7. All this excluded in advertising. Good for those who just need to make space on an iPad or older iPhone.

Update: I bought the iEasydrive from Mobstub. Wont buy from them again. Anyway, I fiddled around with the drive and finally figured it out. The instructions were a little vague. Now the only thing I cant get to work is the audio for movies and music on my iPhone 6s. Works ok on my iPad though. Hopefully there will be an update for the app. I bumped my rating up to a 4 star. I was very excited to see the 8GB drive that woks with this App. Unfortunately, I could not get the i-Easy drive to work with my iPhone 6S or my iPad. The app would not let me create a folder. I kept getting error messages about FAT files not being recognized. While I could open my photos in the App that were on my iPhone, I tried selecting the files to save, but there was no folder to save them to. I tried to save a short video taken on my iPhone but could not save it either. I am returning the i-Easy drives and have already deleted the App.

I just purchased one of these drives and finished backing up my iPhone 6+ and my iPad Pro. Together I copied over 3600 pictures and 50 videos flawlessly with no crashes and no issues of any kind. When I copy the photos and videos to my Mac Mini all the metadata was intact including GPS all photo settings photo device. Also all thumbnails are in tact and the copying seemed flawless. The one thing that I would mark this down on is that in the ad it listed itself as a USB 3.0 device but that does not appear to be the case. However the copy speed was very fast. I would not hesitate to buy another one.

Its so simple and easy, youd have to be quite inept to mess this up. Thanks China

Bought a SD card reader said I needed the app for my iPhone but it never stops Loading any help would be nice
