I finally filed a complaint with the FTC. Let's see where it leads.

Absolutely does not work, It does not even show up on my I phone,read the reviews. On the average it is rated 2.5 stars. and that is a better rate than I would give.

Garbage! After finding phantom buttons on the screen I was able to load photos only, nothing else could be accessed. Then I find the USB needs to be jammed into slot to fit. Then....nothing. No access. No instructions on how to access. There may be something written in Chinese but nothing in English.

Doesn't work! Keeps asking me for something called a Fat folder??? Tried deleting and downloading it from App Store a few times but this appears to be a cheaply made product and I cannot find a true customer service line to call.

It is VERY CHEAPLY MADE. The Lightning side (which is why I bought in the first place) already does not work. I pissed away my money on this POS.

Please update your video player. It doesnt work. But other features works well!

My device doesn't work! I plugged it into my phone and nothing appeared directing me to download the app. I went to the App Store myself and downloaded it but it says it does not detect an external device. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Hello!! I transferred my photos from my iPhone 6 to the external drive. Half of photos went to the photo stream on the external drive. The other half went to the external drive so I can access them from my computer. How do I access the other half from the photo stream? I have tried copying them to my drive but have been unsuccessful. Can you please help?!

Just got the newest update a day ago. Discovered that the renaming of files doesn't now allow any symbols or spaces. Is that a bug that can be fixed? I hope so because I'm having to save files with names that have the alpha, numeric and symbols all running together with no spaces. It's a nightmare and needs to be fixed. Thank you

Transferred videos from mini iPad but all time and date info is replaced by date of transfer so archiving, the main reason for purchasing, is not possible. How to get back original dates etc?

Absolute rubbish DO NOT buy. I have a similar problem. Have to take off the phone case before the lightning connector and even so the contact is poor. Work sometimes. For contact list I am also getting "unrecognizable file format" When I send my feedback to them they ask me to do a reformat. However it still does not work. Very obvious the drive is faulty - where is my replacement as promised ????

I can not even download my contacts onto the device. Says they are there but when try to open file I get an error message. "unrecognizable file format." Can not find a web page or contact info for help. can anyone help???

Loaded app but unable to be connected to my phone. Error message, "external storage not find". No one checked the grammar along with drives viability. Garbage. Do not buy this device. Even the sliding mechanism gets stuck and the little silver button fell off. Cheap and worthless.

Very, very frustrated and disappointed with the i-easy drive. BUYER BEWARE NOT WORTH YOUR TIME AND MONEY. REFUND MY MONEY.

Absolutely terrible , cost a lot of money and it is not worth it, if I would have known would not have bothered buying this device , SO BE AWARE FUTURE BUYERS DO NOT BUY? there are better ones on the market

Beware there was preloaded malware on the 4 64bit drives I received. My pc caught it but it was on all 4. Reformat immediately. Other then the spyware thay work great.

Have bought the drive and unfortunate have stopped working on the iPad. For some reason the iPad does not recognise it?!

I attempted to use my I-easy drive and it will not slide at all. Where and how do I return it?

PLEASE HELP! I just received my i-easy 64 GB drive today and wanted to use this immediately but when i am pushing the button to move it would not budge. So, the connector for iphone or even the usb could not be opened. What am i to do? Please help. This thing is expensive!
