I have an iPhone 7Plus Running IOS11. Just purchased the reader for my game cameras and after recording 10 second videos and plugging into iPhone the avi files show but when you play them they are black. Tried to copy to photo album but once downloaded they show error and blank in photo album. I can transfer them 1 at a time to another card app and they play in that app. Not English support.

The device was working great until the did an update to fix some issues. Now that I have downloaded the update, the app does not recognize the device.

Worked great with iOS 10.3 but since I freshly installed iOS 11 on iPad the app won’t detect the drive and no red circle showing in app

Used it 3 times. 4times was a bust! Will not connect. Worked before the most recent update. Will not connect now.

I have this on two phones. The videos are blacked out. I think I Easy Drive needs a upgrade for bug fixes!!

The new "update" is just as unusable, I add pictures and it always deletes them. Its really making me mad how it doesn’t save any thing any more.

When I was useing this before the app was exactly what I needed. But since I got a new phone with iOS 11 I can read any content on my external drive. This is when trying to read an SD card that is completely full. Even tried a second card that had some content on it. HELP!!!!

What more can I say

Never works correctly can’t save anything can’t share just plain garbage

I would advise adding a thumbnail to the preview for files on the drive. Other then that not to shabby.

Previous update automatically zoomed cutting off part of my trial camera videos. Now with this latest update it won’t even play the videos

I have several friends who have the same problem with it. It doesnt recognize the sd card. Doesnt work at all.

Waste of my money it will copy photos to this device from a iPhone 5s but Worthless after that because computer doesn’t recognize this device when plugged into USB ports so it’s a complete waste Money!!!

Congratulations.... this update is really wrong. At least with the last one the videos were screwed up, but I could see them.... this update cannot view video at all. Can I rate less then one?

Worked intermittently at first and now it does not work at all. Only thing I am trying to do is look at the deer from my game camera, nothing fancy.

Locks up, kicks it self out or won't even register card to view it.. worked fine at first then went to hell! Shit app!

This was a great app until I updated it. Never had an issue after several months of use, then I update it this week and it has been messed up since. PLEASE FIX WHATEVER YOU DID TO FIX THE APP!!!!

Bought this at Walmart in the hunting section solely for the purpose of reading memory cards from game cameras at our deer lease. Couldnt be any simpler to use. Plug the device into your iPhone it will prompt you to download the app. Download the app. Unplug from your phone, put your chip in the device plug back into the phone and voilà. Couple taps on the screen to get to the folder where the pictures are and enjoy your pictures.

I got this app to simply view my SD cards from my game cameras. It works great, I can delete the stuff from card I dont want, can save the stuff to my camera roll that I want to keep. Then I can put it right back in my camera and move on.
