It says not available in my country or region how can I get the app I really need it.

I bought one of these brilliant iPhone-to-USB devices to free me from the tyranny of iTunes. It worked perfectly - but now that I've changed my device I can't use it because the app is no longer available and the device won't work without it. Very disappointed. Developer, please fix this issue NOW!

App not available!!! Really disappointed that I’m unable to use this with an iPhone 8. At least I can access my files through the laptop.

Bought this a couple of years ago but never used it. Now that I’m trying to use it...no app in the App Store. What a waste of money . But judging from other reviews it could be worse. I could have traversed photos over only to be cut loose and have no way of retrieving the photos.

this really sucks that it does not work with IPHONE 11 especially since you are limited to memory . Now forced to pay for the use of the CLOUD scam

Folks, all you can do now is plug it into a USB port on a PC and open the folders in Explorer. At least you can get to your saved pics, docs and contacts so you don't lose anything.

Bought this and it was my primary way to get things between my computer and phone. I found a better solution. Use documents 5. They have this thing called WiFi transfer it’s faster and easier!!

My upgrade to a max pro erased the app and now won’t open!!! No app can be found!!! I am pissed! Anyone find help yet???

Help!!!! I saved my pictures with a password on the drive and now the drive does not work, the app is not available so I cant get my pictures. Does anyone know to to open my pictures? Any program or app I can use? Any help is welcome. Thanks

Does not work with my version 8 of my iPad or my iPhone X . Do not buy if this is what you plan to use if your devises are newer than the iPhone 6 .

I purchased 3 i-EasyDrives, 1 for myself & 2 to give as gifts. I was unable to get mine to work so I tried the other 2 prior to giving as gifts (thank goodness) & neither of those work either!! YouTube had no solutions. I'm getting the same error msg. as many other people that have posted, "EXTERNAL STORAGE DO NOT LINKED". This item is a piece of crap & I've wasted a bunch of money! I also notice it was very hard to find a place to post a review or contact someone. I have an Iphone 6S Plus.

Worthless pile of sh-t have now bought 2 different sd readers and only app to use is this garbage. Doesn’t work at all waste of time and money wouldn’t have given it a star if I didn’t hit it by accident total junk

I’m big into outdoors and was told i could use this app with my iPhone to check my trail cams it bummed me out when i downloaded the app to check my cards and it’s not compatible with my IPhone 7... hope that changes could be made in near future would like to use this app!

I think Apple should do something about this piece of s***.

Same problem here! The device is not synchronizing with iphone X.
