Worked perfectly with my old hand-me-down iPhone 5, really really good! Just changed up to iPhone 7 this week, no joy... useless now! Pity..!

App was downloaded, made my account, and It wouldn't work. I thought maybe it was my phone so I tried it on my husbands iphone and did the same thing. BEYOND FED UP!!!
Will not work with my iphone 8 Plus I am using ios 11.4.1 it says on the box it only works for ios 7.0-11.0 could that be why it is not working? Is the developer ever going to update the app to work with ios updates. I also have to manually find the app on the app store since it says it is not available in the US.

I had to delete the app and now when I try to re-install it - it doesn't exist!!!! #have you created a new app or am i now stuck with a piece of useless kit?
