The latest version cuts off half of the videos. Its like the right half of the videos are missing. Also the interface while in the video has changed for the worse. If it aint broke, dont fix it. This app is now garbage.

I like the android-ish function like adjust brightness and volume by sliding. But, the video is very laggy in this new player. I use iPhone 7 plus and high speed microsd card (sandisk extreme). I use this app to play my drone footage. Usually 1080p 48fps even until 2.7k is smooth in older player. Now it suuuccckkkks. Please revert back to old player or fix this one. Since i cannot use other app for my otg. Why you suckkks?? I regret updating.

Ive had this app for about 2-3years now and never had a problem till latest update. Please fix

Only one slight issue and thats just the fact it doesnt keep my photos in order. No biggie, but a little inconvenient

I have used this app and accessory for over a year without a single flaw until the latest update 8-28-17 now it wont open up unless I manually open it and it says zero pictures on all our cards. Please fix this issue fast Missouri bow season opens in two weeks here and I have a lot of cameras and still need to get my info from these cards. I may just change brands if this isnt fixed fast!

Was working great until I updated it yesterday 8/28/17. Still not working after newest update released on 8/29/17. Still isnt working as of 9/2/17.

Delete a punch of photos and started giving me error messages after last update 9/01/17

Cuts off part of my trail cam video a split second after opening. You see the whole view at first then it zooms and you can only see part of the area which now sometimes only shows half of a deer.

This app and the accessory doesnt work and hasnt worked since I got it. DO NOT RECOMMEND

When I first began using my i-Easy Drive device and ap I was really pleased. But now when I try to watch video thats stored on my device it looks jittery and is unwatchable. Whats going on? Ive downloaded the latest updates and the problem persists. Please fix!!!

Worked 3 times then says wont support device. Customer service goes to some un readable Chinese web site

Once the update was installed all the trail cam photos off the SD card were cropped and only showed the middle 3rd of the photo leaving off both the left and right sides of the photo, If I go back through the app and look at the photo it saved to my phone it will show the entire photo again. This is really annoying when having to bounce back and forth, hey at least you got a new bug to fix I guess.....

been trying all day to transfer photos from my iphone to the drive and its impossible, even after watching you tube videos it doest work as its supposed to. Don't know if its the app or the device but when I try to select a photo it just brings it up on my phone with no option to save it. CRAP!!! If you want a decent backup system get the Photofast backup device its brilliant and easy to use, Ive learnt from my mistakes, cheap means crap

Ok, I purchased this several months ago so that I could view my trail cam SD cards while out in the woods..It worked the for a while, but now it will not work at all..Not sure if its the APP or the device. But I am bit bummed. I attach the device to my iPhone, the app pops up, I hit allow & nothing...I know its not the SD cards b/c they work in my PC. Any ideas or suggestions?

Doesnt do anything as far as I can tell. Theres nothing to walk you through how to copy over and its not automatic as far as I can see. Very unhappy with this product. As far as I can see the vendor never responds to anyone asking questions. Worthless!
