1) Only 1 of the 4 menu items work and it doesnt remember settings 2) Photos cant access my albums just Apples useless categories Just useless.....

I have over 12,000 pictures on my iPhone and to date it only copies 100 to 200 then I get an error message. I am unable to finishing copying the photos.

I bought this to store music but you cannot transfer music files from your phone or iPad. There may be a way to do it from a desktop but I dont own one. If I know that I wouldnt have bought it

Just ordered the device and Ive been very pleased. Was a little disappointed to see the negative reviews but after plugging in the device, it has been a breeze to use this app. Transferred all my photos off my phone in seconds. Great app to have when on vacation!

I just buy one. Only one month later. The USB is totally no work. Contact the company is no any answer. Just waste my money.

I purchased two of these. One for myself and one for a friend. After installing the app and trying to download photos from My iPhone I kept getting a screen telling me there was an external drive error. Nothing could be downloaded. Unfortunately for me after checking the fine print I saw that the device in not returnable. Period end of story. I guess thats why the were so cheap. Perhaps these were already returned defective devices. I dont know. I do know that I will no longer purchase this item from anyone because even though it was on sale it still was not cheap!

Hi, i have download this app for almost 9months.. I use it every week. Everything is fine, you can watch movie, listen to music, take photo directly on flash drive and... But i cant use subtile, is there amy ways to use subtitle for movies?

I bought an SD card reading device for my iPhone so I can look at pictures while in the field instead of having to bring my laptop or buy those expensive SD card readers. BIG MISTAKE. My iPhone 7 wont acknowledge the device is even plugged in most of the time and when it does it says it wont work because it doesnt recognize the device. Worst buy ever. Im so disappointed and I hope this review helps everyone. Dont be fooled, it seemed to good to be true and too easy and obviously it was.

This is the first negative review I have ever taken the time to write and that says a lot considering as much tech as I use and test. This USB drive is worthless if you have had a positive experience thus far just make sure not to use it as the sole backup for anything because it will fall apart in one manner or another. Just saying BE PREPARED!!!!

My first review was a scathing denouncement of this app due to its inability to play videos. After further research I discovered that it will not play protected videos. Even though I was able to download the video from iTunes to my computer, the copy protection would not allow the app to play it. That makes sense. However, the support link is still a Chinese travel agency. Im not sure whose fault that is, but clearly I owe Mr. Huang an apology for my earlier review.

Originally I ordered the drive for my iPhone 5 with 64 GB. My first disappointment was that it would not recognize photo folders that I created. I could find no support whatsoever on line. Although it did open up the My-Drive section of the app. Support for the I-easy app took me to a site in Japanese or Chinese that promised hot entertainment. Looked like amusement park stuff. I ended up getting a new iPhone 7 and now the ap wont even open the My-Drive section and shows N/A at the bottom of that icon. So except for backing up a small amount of my photos in folders that I really dont want or need, with the exception of the camera roll, its pretty much a bust. Im still hoping to find answers but its looking pretty dismal at this point.

Lost 14 gb of photos

I ordered this drive to transfer photos between devices. After one test transferring 14 photos that worked fine, I get nothing but an error message every time I plug it into my iPhone 7. External: open file error path = / From the rest of the reviews here I dont know if Im even going to be able to get a refund. what a hoax! If it turns out I get a refund Ill come back and just leave a review that I had trouble with the device. Otherwise Im going to let everyone in the mobile photography community know that this is a complete rip off.

Worked long enough for me to load a lot of data and pictures. Within a month it crashed I lost everything

I downloaded it about 3 weeks ago and used it last week and it worked and I used the same card again this week and it said its an invalid card so dont waste your time trying it and Im only giving it 1 star because you have to rate it

I bought the device so I could store music thats taking up space on my iPhone memory; it wont do the device is of no use to me.

Good idea love the usb to store extra photo but i wish it has had folder to separate photos from videos; and to delete the photos/ videos after you saved it. And dont know why it has a power bank doesnt say what is that for i wish you can also had the option to save music.

I bought this stealth cam product today. The app wont even load on my phone. Biggest piece of trash Ive ever purchased. Fix your app or quit selling this trash to consumers.

Ive gone on YouTube, read the instructions, re downloaded. Nothing works. If this were free, I would recommend you not get it. Money is gone. Probably work as a simple flash drive for a computer, but nothing else. Really awful.

I bought this to review game camera photos in the field on my iPhone 7. I was previously using the photo fast HD reader and app. This is about 10 times faster scrolling through pictures and about 30 times (or more!) at deleting to clear the card. This app and card reader is amazing compared to what Ive been using!
