What happened? Won’t work!

When I first received this and used it, everything worked correctly. I was able to download and transfer photos from my phone easily. The next time I tried to use it, I keep getting errors. It will not download Photos and it will not back up my contact list. It will not allow me to create folders. Everything I do results in an error message. I attempted to use the app support link and it took me to an unusable site.

If anyone has any advice, I would love to hear it! At this point, the device is completely useless to me. I would love a refund if that is possible.
