Does not work iPad mini 4

Not working on iPad mini 4, works on iPhone 6s and iPad Pro.
The support link takes you to a Chinese page.
The app opens on iPad mini 4 but does not show the external memory.
Not sure if is app problem or the memory stick interface.
The memory stick tells me to install this app.

I see many reviews using different devices.
