Fatal Error !!!!!

I downloaded the app, it works, but it is already the second time while transferring the files I get a call, and I will erase all files, after the key keeps giving me error, I moved nothing, and will no longer read any files from your pc , becomes unusable and I cant even restore the key, is already the second that I throw for this problem!

Ho scaricato lapp, funziona, ma è già la seconda volta che , mentre il trasferimento dei file, ricevo una chiamata, e si cancellano tutti i file, provo a trasferirli di nuovo e mi escono errori continuamente non visualizzando più nulla continua a darmi errore, non legge più file nemmeno sul pc , diventa inutilizzabile, ho provato a ripristinarla anche da pc ma nulla , Tutto ciò per aver ricevuto per sbaglio una chiamata dove non ho nemmeno risposto è già la seconda che compro e da questo problema , e la butto !! 30 € di Chiavetta
